Warranty of Goods/Services

It comes with a 1-year warranty against part defects and problems arising from workmanship issues.

Terms of Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Delivery Services

Delivery fee is $50 if purchase amount is less than $500. Delivers outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Payment Processing

We only accept Corporate cheque payments, cash and bank transfer. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders

We will not entertain any cancellations , once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange and Refund
All our goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
